This policy explains how Sam FH Kingdom (samfhkingdom.com) handles your information when you place an order.
What we collect
- Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, which you enter at checkout.
- Order details (product, quantity, amount) and the payment reference returned by Razorpay.
- Basic technical data such as your browser type, needed to serve the website.
We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login. Payment details are entered directly with Razorpay.
How we use it
- To process, pack, ship and support your order.
- To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your order and delivery.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
- Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, solely to deliver your order.
- Razorpay — payment processing, under Razorpay's own privacy and PCI-DSS terms.
- Firebase (Google Cloud) — our website and order database are hosted on Firebase; data may be stored on Google Cloud servers.
- Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device, approximate location, and whether an order was completed). It sets cookies and collects a randomised identifier; it does not receive your name, address or phone number. You can block these cookies in your browser or install Google's opt-out add-on.
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
To request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion, message us on WhatsApp from the number used for the order, or email samuvelpandian@gmail.com.
