Shipping & Delivery Policy

• We ship across India by registered courier. For pin codes a courier does not service, we use India Post.
• Dispatch time: orders are packed and handed to the courier within 2–4 working days of payment confirmation. We run dispatches twice a week.
• Delivery time: typically 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote locations may take longer.
• Shipping charges: the shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay. The current price of Royal Red is inclusive of shipping.
• Tracking: the courier consignment / tracking number is shared on WhatsApp once the shipment is booked.
• Address accuracy: please provide a complete address with the correct 6-digit PIN code and a reachable phone number. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
• Undelivered parcels: if a parcel is returned to us undelivered due to a wrong address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping; re-shipping charges may apply.
